I have taken my vehicle here multiple times and the guys always go above and beyond. They are honest, fair and always nice to work with. I have never been overcharged or treated unfairly. I totally recommend going here, you will not be disappointed.

We had to make an emergency run to Pismo to pick up a stranded trailer and on the way back our radiator blew. We were able to find one in town, just a block from their shop, and tried to put it in but after 3 hours in 105 degrees we couldnt. We called for a tow with our road service and it so happens Sergio had been watching us all that time and had felt sorry for us but couldnt stop to help until we needed a tow to the ford dealer in the next town. Mind you it is 3:30pm on a sunday afternoon and everyone is closed so the truck would have to be dropped off and left us steanded for the night but Sergio and his team were able to install the radiator for us while we waited in their airconditioned lobby. Theri service was a god send and their price was MORE than fair. W cant thank them enough for their help that hot afternoon. SO if you are ever stuck in or near Atascadero.....call them first, you wont be sorry.Thanks again guys you saved my sanity.

I wish I would of been taking my vehicles here instead of the dealer. This is the only place I'll go for everything automotive! Good local people with excellent service and really fair pricing!

West Coast Auto & Towing saved us during our trip in May when one of the AC Cobra's broke down. After repeated attempts to try several other tow services, no one showed up except for West Coast.

Prompt, Reliable, Experienced and overall the only towing service anyone should seek when in Atascadero or neighboring areas.

I recently had my van serviced and was extremely impressed. My brakes are nearing replacement, but instead of the usual hard sell, telling me how dangerous it was, they gave me an honest opinion that I might get another 1,000 miles or so. They gave me the price for the brake job, and let me decide. No pressure. I will be back for both of my vehicles. Really friendly staff too.

I've been using you for years now, since I got AAA. You are all so nice and helpful.I've had to have my car towed there a few times and the drivers are always nice and professional. I trust your work and that you won't take advantage of me and say I need something repaired when I don't.
